Description:
DURAVIS EPV 100 Series Pulse Valves; are used to clean particles that accumulate in the paint, cement, sand, dust collection systems, filter systems and lines used in these systems periodically. DURAVIS EPV 100 Series are manufactured as with single or double diaphragm valves. These pulse solenoid valves with 3/4 "and 1" connection dimensions are single diaphragm. 1 1/2 "size solenoid valves with double diaphragm, double diaphragm valves are advantageous in terms of operation compared to single diaphragm valves.
DURAVIS Pulse Solenoid Valves, the inlet and outlet connections form a 90 degree angle. The compressed air has the ability to send it as a shock to the filters. For this reason, these valves only operate with compressed air, which gives the air impact in a very short time. Even if the energy supply is continued, the permeability does not continue in the form of a pulse. For that reason, they are operated by short-term, energized periodically. DURAVIS Pulse valves are a normally closed valve, it becomes open when shock is given by giving an electrical pulse. Shocking takes place with an average of 100 ms of energy. The shocking interval is set by the user.
Since in EPV 100 series pulse solenoid valves; coils are mounted on the body, the dust filter system receives the signal from the time-relay and the time-relay controls the system by taking the command from the differential pressure relay. With DURAVIS time-relays; it is possible to control the sequential pulse valves. This time-relays; are produced optionally as with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56, 64 outputs, located in a protective box, with adjustable pulse-interval and delay-interval.
