Description:
FTR100 model devices are designed to be used on filter cleaning systems used on industrial setting, and there are microprocessor controlled timers. The device is consist of a main control device and output units controlled by this device. Relays used for each output units are able to switch 250VAC 10A for resistive power.

FTR100 model devices can be programmed to work as single group or at most 8 groups according to the demand of the user. Thanks to the number of relays which can be selected as a software, the user can create as many sequence as s/he needed. 8 outputs on groups can change each other’s pulse duration and waiting period, and can skip waiting period at the end of sequence.

FTR100 model devices have 100-240V AC/DC or 24V AC/DC supply voltage according to the demand of the user. The pulse valve timers in other words filter electronic timers has different channel output units.

Important: The transistor outputs are fast and long lifecycle. Relay outputs are slow and have a shorter lifespan. However, the transistor outputs are not isolated, the output of the relays is isolated. Therefore, you can not use transistor outputs at every voltage and current. However, you can use relay outputs at any voltage of AC-DC 24V or 220V.

Usage: Dust collector applications, in particular for reverse pulse jet filter cleaning and its variations including bag filters, cartridge filters, envelope filters, ceramic filters, and sintered metal fibre filters, cement industry, ceramic industry, petrochemical industry, feed industry, sand blasting machines, power plants, concrete plants etc.
