The Situation
In a textile factory in Cerkezkoy area; some existing manual valves on the line dyeing machines have been tried to automate by pneumatic pistons.
This often results operating-failures of on-off valves and makes the control difficult for feeding and draining. In a many points of the dyeing line, especially where necessary checks churning, feeding and draining inlet & outlet valves are not selected largely enough. Many of them are reduced-bored. There is no tight assembly of valves and pistons so that error conditions occur due to the relaxation. Those end up unplanned-stops which creates a great cost. Moreover, there is no possibility to get a feedback signal from the process.
Solution
Considering the nature of the fluid solutions; existing equipments were replaced by DURAVIS PAR series pneumatic actuated butterfly valves with accessories both namur valve and switch box.
