DURAVIS ESV 505 Series Compressor Solenoid Valves


Description:
Solenoid valves are often used as unloader valves, to enable easy starting of compressors. DURAVIS ESV-505 series piston type compressor solenoid valves are offered as a solution in compressed air applications. Features such as high flow rate, low power consumption and specialist diaphragm design make this process valve highly suited to compressed air applications. Three-way valves are the same as 2-way valves with the addition of a third port for exhausting downstream air. ESV 505 solenoid valve are produced with threaded connection and PTFE closing unit. This valve has a high pressure withstand up to 40 bar and a high cycle withstand capability due to the construction of the closing unit. 

DURAVIS ESV-505 series pilot-operated valve is 3/2-way solenoid valve has three ports and two positions (open and closed) and designed only as N.O. (Normally Open, opened when de-energized). Unlike high pressure ESV 504 series, at these series when the valve is in the closed position, the fluid passed through the valve is discharged from the outlet port to the top outlet (to the atmosphere / to the ambient). For this reason, it is better to use it only for air or harmless gases.
